This is highly interactive training workshop session provides IRI clients with the proper grounding for using point-of-sale scanner data to develop retailer category plans. Real-world examples show you how to draw the roadmap that leads through the data to the insights you need to reach business goals. You will learn how to use proven methods to analyze and develop powerful sales stories from basic syndicated data reports. Data Detective teaches you how to find compelling insights that are not so obvious to the untrained eye.

The course is led by expert facilitators with many years of manufacturer and retailer experience in sales, category management, marketing and sales analysis.

The Data Detective workshop is an interactive forum for applying various data reports to real-life analytic situations they are likely to confront on their jobs. The workshop incorporates business case and analysis exercises using IRI report samples.
