Course Information for Category Management Training
This session is a highly interactive workshop that allows participants to apply the skills they learn during the course to simulated scenarios and situations based on actual industry events. Designed for sales people, marketing professionals, and analysts, this workshop will integrate the processes of category management in a way that provides ample opportunity for practice, execution, and evaluation of the differing approaches in use today.
