Course Information for Apollo Total Store Training
Apollo Total Store Training is a hands on workshop that allows participants to apply the skills they learn during the course to simulate scenarios and situations based on actual "to scale" floor layouts.
Designed for merchandising specialists and category analysts, this training class will integrate the planograms created in Apollo Suite with existing floor plans created in AutoCAD which can than be imported to Apollo Total Store. The workshop is led by expert facilitators with many years of experience collaborating with manufacturers and retailers to apply Apollo Total Store's capabilities to their business processes.
The IRI Apollo Total Store course will instruct its students with the skills they need to efficiently create floor plans, add planograms to fixtures, import data and analyze the results.
Course Outline
- How to import and structure existing AutoCAD floor plans
- How to efficiently place and manipulate "Intelligent" fixtures in regards to their exact locations, according to the stores AutoCAD drawing
- How to place existing Apollo Suite planograms on "Intelligent" fixtures and view these files from Apollo Total Store in Apollo Suite
- How to Import and "Hot Spot" Sales, Movement, Profit or customized data fields based on the planograms location in the store
- How to run Comparison Reports, Standard Reports, Charts and Floor Reviews
- How to apply client specific business processes to Apollo Total Store
