InfoScan Military Tracking Service

The InfoScan Military Tracking Service provides sales, share, distribution, pricing information and feature and display activity within approximately 260 commissaries on U.S. military bases within the continental United States (CONUS) and overseas (OCONUS) that are operated by the Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA). This service reports census, scanner-based data for the DeCA defined regions, individual commissaries and provides comparison civilian grocery, drug & mass data for the DeCA defined regions. The comparison civilian channels which are 'outside the gate' sales allows for improved category management at DeCA and provides the price comparisons needed for determining the ‘Patron Savings’ achieved by the armed services by shopping in commissaries.
