IRI Announces Former Galleria Retail Technology Solutions Executive Shaun Bossons to Lead Apollo Space Management Practice

Noted Industry Sales Leader to Drive Growth of Apollo Offerings

CHICAGO, May 6, 2008 – Information Resources, Inc. (IRI), the leading global provider of consumer, shopper, and market insights for the consumer packaged goods (CPG), retail, and healthcare industries, has named recognized retail optimization authority Shaun Bossons as the company’s new global senior vice president, Apollo Solutions Group.  Joining IRI from Galleria Retail Technology Solutions Limited, where he served as executive vice president of Global Sales and Marketing, Bossons will assume growth, development, and management responsibilities for the IRI Apollo Space Management platform of retail optimization solutions.

With a deep background in sales management and consulting leadership in the areas of category management and assortment and space optimization, Bossons brings a host of essential tactical and strategic experience to IRI’s client base.  In his most recent leadership position at Galleria, he is credited with launching and leading the company’s U.S. business efforts.
